Your health is an asset if it adds to the value of your life if it aids in helping you do everything you desire and needs to do to live the life you desire.
Your health is a liability if it takes from your ability to live the life you desire.
For some people, it is crystal clear whether their health is a liability or an asset. For others, it is not. I want to help you get super clear, so listen in as I share a framework with which you can determine for yourself, or if you're a coach, you can help your clients identify whether or not their health is a liability versus an asset.
This is a framework that we teach to our students at the PHARM TO TABLE™ Plant-Based coaching Program called CQC. And I want to introduce this framework to you so that you know the amount of effort you need to put into getting back to a place of optimal health.

To help you understand who I am and what this podcast is about, I thought it would be good to start from the beginning.
I believe that we all have an assignment. We all have a specific assignment that we are charged with that can only be executed using our unique gifts and talents. My assignment is to extend the healthy life expectancy of people of color on this planet.
In this episode, I share how I came to realize my assignment, the origin story of the vehicle being used to fulfill this mission (The Plant Protocol™ Plant-Based Coaching Certification), and why this platform is so important to me.
